OxGEn RNA\/DNA Pathogen Purification Kit provides a simple and efficient method of isolating pathogen RNA\/DNA from biological fluids (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs, blood, urine, and nasopharyngeal aspirate). Samples are lysed in a protective solution, to stabilize and avoid the degradation of polynucleotides.\u00a0 Custom-designed synthetic oligos are added which guarantees the most efficient adsorption to the silica matrix.<\/p>\n

OxGEn G-spin columns contain a silica-based membrane to which the RNA\/DNA binds selectively. Any impurities are effectively removed by subsequent washing. The purified RNA\/DNA\u00a0 is suitable for use in a variety of downstream applications such as RT-qPCR, Nanopore, Illumina, and MGI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
