OxMag Blood/Tissue DNA Purification Kit produced by OxGEn LLC is a reliable and fast method for isolating blood DNA from a variety of human and animal samples. The silica bead-based technology, combined with the use of Synthetic Oligos, allows processing with minimal manual handling, resulting in reproducible and consistent results across multiple extractions. The silica-coated matrix is designed to selectively capture DNA while removing RNA and contaminants such as salts, proteins, and other organic matter.
The purified nucleic acids are suitable for direct use in downstream applications, such as RT-qPCR, Nanopore, Illumina, and MGI.
