OxMag RNA/DNA Pathogen Purification kit is a technology, that employs Synthetic Oligonucleotide as an RNA carrier and functionalized Silica/Iron Nanoparticles product for rapid and reliable polynucleotide isolation from various human and animal liquid samples (Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab, blood, Urine, nasopharyngeal aspirate, Environmental samples).
The technology allows high-throughput analyses and requires low handling which gives an advantage in terms of reproducibility and consistency of results across multiple extractions. Purified nucleic acids are ready for direct use in downstream applications such as RT-qPCR, Nanopore, Illumina, and MGI.
